Building on the success of the Reactor, the world’s fastest and most fuel efficient stove, MSR have aimed the Windburner at the solo hiker. The 1 litre pot attaches securely to the radiant burner head, enclosing and protecting it from the wind. The heat exchanger boosts efficiency and a pressure regulator ensures constant flow of fuel right up to the end. Boiling half a litre in 2.5 minutes is impressive, as are the smaller design features: an insulating cozy with a handle; canister stabiliser, Packtowl Pot Protector cloth; strainer lid.
