Description
The Opinel Stainless Steel Blade #7 Trekking Knife is the iconic adventure knife. First crafted in 1890 and still currently made in the Haute Savoie region of France. The ergonomically designed handle is a pleasure to hold and easy to control and has won numerous design awards. The Sandvik 12C7 stainless steel Yatagan blade requires no special care and will not rust or tarnish, and a carbon content of 0.4% adds to its sharpness. The locking mechanism is a Virobloc safety ring which locks the blade in the open or shut position, and the handle is hornbeam wood in a range of attractive colours.
